Steps to Buying a Home
1) We meet and discuss your needs in purchasing a home! If not pre-approved, we'll contact a Lender for Pre-Approval.
2) Have a pre-approval? Now, let's see homes that meet your requirements!
3) Put in an offer!
Once accepted, as soon as possible provide lender with requested information for Loan Commitment!
4) Realtor (that's me!) will schedule all contracted inspections!
6) Negoiate Repairs!
7) Final Walk-thru!
8) Sign documents at Closing!
